Jori Egan is new to southwest Pennsylvania. She has worked for 20+ years in different industries, healthcare, human resources, call centers, staffing, technology, and a PEO. She relocated from Florida in 2019, just before covid with her two rescue dogs, Diesel and Tilly to be closer to family. Human resources positions are a balancing act between employees and company management. This is very similar to mediation because two differing viewpoints both having a need to come to a win-win situation. When I was told about the Mediation Services of Adam County Inc.
